Comedonal acne is a lesser-known type of acne that is different from regular acne. These aren’t red or pus-carrying acne but they feel like bumps on the skin that progress into acne.   • High glycemic index foods
  • Excess consumption of junk & oily foods
  • Smoking or tobacco consumption
  • Excessive makeup and not removing makeup before sleeping
