2# Take A 5-10 Min Bath: Bathing for more than 10-15 minutes every day in winters, especially with hot water, can be harmful for the skin. If you bath more than that, you may strip away much of the skin's oily layer and cause it to lose moisture, improve immune function, increase blood flow.
3# Use Lukewarm Water: As told above, bathing from extremely hot water can strip skin from extra moisture. It can dry out and irritate your skin, and it damages the cells of the outer layer.
