Celexa is a medicine used for treating depression. It belongs to the class of antidepressants. These antidepressants are generally called Selective serotonin reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs). It can help in the increase of some natural substance level in the brain.

Celexa dosage

This medicine should be consumed as directed by physician and with doctor’s prescription only. One should not take overdose of this medicine. If taken by mistake then seek immediate medical attention. This medicine can be consumed with or without meals as per prescription. Regular visits to doctor is recommended while the treatment is going on.

Celexa does have few and very common side effects as under:

* Change in weight
* Stomach upset

Celexa storage

Celexa should be stored in a tight and closed container. Keep celexa out of the reach of children. This medication should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight and moisture.
