Scientists admit that the heterosexual male attention to the female breast is one of the truly mysterious phenomena of the universe. Modern medicine offers various ways to improve breast health, to enlarge it or to make little changes connected to the skin problems for example. As we know female breast starts to increase its size when the girl is at least 8 years old. In other cases breast start maturing until age 13 or 14 or even later. Every female has a individual biological “clock” that tells her body to start producing high levels of the female hormones estrogen and other hormones such as progesterone and other estrogens. For 5 to 6 years female breast go through about 5 stages of maturity. Usually this process ends when the female complete age 17 or 18.

It’s important to realize that female breast are very sensitive and they can start increasing or decreasing its size because of unexpected changes - psychological, weight loss or gaining weight. The female breast is a visible, tangible and beautiful feature of the female body. Most of men’s magazine shape cultural attitudes about the desirable appearance of the breast. On the other hand, women’s magazines reinforce this view. Magazines like Cosmopolitan, Chatelaine, Self, Essence and Jane regularly feature articles about ways to build and tone the breast. They give tips how to take a good care and make breast stronger and aesthetic - purpose which will increase the attractiveness and will improve their social life. For many people the perfects breasts are considered round, positioned high on the chest, large and firm. As we know when breast are large, their weight tends to pull them down which result in neck and back discomfort. When breasts are large and round they will tend to droop and not be firm.

Another appeal of the female breast is its infinite variety. Many small women have big breasts while some big women are endowed in inverse proportion to their size. The same is true of nipples - some are big, others are minuscule, the variety seemingly neverending. A psychological common opinion among women is that they usually are obsessed with idea that their breast size and shape are a little bit smaller than the ideal breast size which men prefer. For many men female breasts are a source of fascination and fantasy. They get inspired from looking at pictures where they see cleavage, where breasts are enticingly almost visible, yet hidden. Researches show that men’s main interest seems to be in the breast shape. Men love to look at woman who has a beautiful body and the precise breast shape and size.

However this is not enough. Women prefer to be loved because of them, not because of their look and the size of their breast. But sometimes vain and need of self-confidence take first place. How do breast pills and creams work? Nowadays we can find plenty of product which ensure us that they can make bigger our breast. What we should know is that actually we can achieve our purposes. There are herbal pills and creams which are designed to enhance our system and reactivate mammary glands to develop the breast tissue that increases our bust, similar to puberty. All herbs have their own power which stimulates woman’s organism and makes it work as younger body. We talk about herbs like fennel seed, dong quai root, dandelion root, l-tyrosine, fenugreek, watercress leaf and so on.

Statistics show that for most women the reactivation of the mammary glands and the development of breast tissue take five to eight weeks. Differences in metabolism and body chemistry can affect how quickly and effectively these herbs will work for you. The level needed varies from person to person. Some herbal product are appropriate for many other conditions. Phytoestrogens with their estrogenic like properties also provide an excellent relief from the common symptoms of menopause including night sweats, mood swings, vaginal dryness, sagging breast, sexual disinterest, weight gain, memory and concentration problems, depression, hot flashes, osteoporosis, fibrocystic lumps, painful intercourse, insomnia, heart palpitations, fatigue and hair changes.

During puberty, estrogens unique to breast tissue development are produced naturally by a woman’s body. Ultimately, the size, shape, and fullness of the breasts are completely dependent upon the duration of puberty and the overall amount of the unique breast tissue hormone produced by the pituitary gland. Commonly women experience a shortened period of pubescence and/or a reduced production of these and other hormones critical to breast development. The result is underdeveloped, misshapen, and/or sagging breasts. As a woman ages, her body naturally tapers of the production of these hormones. However, when pregnant, a woman’s body again begins producing the hormones synonymous with breast development, specifically to enable the retention of milk and other fluids.
