Dairy Products

Milk, cheese, and yoghurt are rich in calcium and phosphates, which promote strong teeth and help remineralise enamel. They also stimulate saliva production, which aids in neutralising harmful acids in the mouth.

Crunchy Fruits and Vegetables

Foods like apples, carrots, celery, and cucumbers require more chewing, which stimulates saliva flow and helps cleanse the teeth. They also contain vitamins and minerals that promote gum health.

Leafy Greens

Leafy greens such as spinach and kale are packed with essential vitamins and minerals, including calcium and folic acid. They contribute to strong teeth and promote gum health.
