Allergy Solutions to Improve Air Quality in Your Home
If you are like me, there is a good chance that you live in a large city like Houston, New York, Chicago, or Miami. Obviously there are great benefits in terms of job opportunities and lots of choices in things to do. The down side for certain is the poor air quality.
Bad air quality often leads to increased allergy problems in children and adults alike. In a humid climate or a city without a lot of trees and grass, this can be even worse. It amazes me today, how many children have to receive allergy shots just so they can breathe easier and not have terrible headaches.
