NutriSystem Diet
The NutriSystem program is designed to help you lose approximately 1 to 2 pounds a week, which is considered to be the normal weight loss regime. There is a breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and 2 snacks allowed daily. The following is a typical sample menu:
Breakfast
* 1 NutriSystem breakfast entree
* 1 NutriSystem skim milk alternative or 8oz. fat-free milk or yogurt
* 1 Fruit serving

Exercising
If you want to be healthy and help reduce the chances of cancer and disease – you must exercise. Exercise is an important part of losing weight, but it is also absolutely essential for life long health.
If you have never exercised and your goal is now to lose weight, you should start an exercise plan immediately.
In the beginning the most you might be able to do is walk for twenty minutes a few times a week, but as you progress you will notice that you will not experience shortness of breathe or fatigue in as little as two weeks.
Starting is the hardest part of exercising. Once you stick to an exercise routine for a month you will find that it will get easier and easier to exercise daily. Start with something that you enjoy or exercise with a friend.

Simple Weight Loss Dieting Tips
Drink plenty of water at least 6-8 tall glasses a day. Even if you are a regular soda drinker, start drinking water! In one can of coke there is 140 calories of pure sugar. Replace that 140 calories with a snake and you won’t feel hungry. Soda and other flavored drinks make you lose your taste for water, and once you start drinking your water you will no longer crave sodas. You can lose weight just by drinking more water.
Diet bread is a good alternative to regular bread, saving you about 50 calories a slice. Have diet bread and peanut butter as a low calorie filling snack.
Exercise – Do something you enjoy and you know that you will stick to like tennis, basketball, swimming, hiking, rowing, or biking outdoors. For people that have to stay indoors consider a gym membership which offers a wide range of classes to keep you from getting bored.
