Snoring and Impotence
Do you snore? Of course you do – nearly everyone snores at least a little. However, if your snoring has reached the point where it’s excessively loud and disturbing others, then it’s time to address the problem as it could very likely be having other adverse effects on your body, including causing impotence. Take heart though, as there are steps you can take to help eliminate snoring and thus lead a fuller and more enjoyable life.
But first, what exactly is snoring? Put in simplest terms, snoring occurs when the breathing passage is partially blocked by the tissues of the upper mouth. During deep sleep, the soft palate, tonsils and uvula relax and thus sag into the airway. Like a kite fluttering in the wind, these tissues vibrate against the sides of the throat and base of the tongue, producing that wonderful noise which has driven more than a few mates mad (or at least into separate bedrooms). Cancer Recovery
Recovering from cancer is a beautiful victory. However, it is also the beginning of a new phase in your life. As you move ahead in recovery, you may feel depleted of energy. Don’t push yourself or expect to jump right back into once routine activities. Allow yourself time to readjust. You will need to get to know your body and to watch for signs of reoccurance or new cancer developments.
Help your body. Eat well balanced meals to give you more energy as well as help build up cancer fighting immunities. Try to consume plenty of fruits and vegetables, water, and whole grains. Light exercise should be considered but only under your doctor’s supervision. Your doctor will discuss your level of activity with you and recommend what is best for you.

Blood in the Urine (Hematuria)
Blood in the urine, or hematuria, is a fairly common event with about 10% of people experiencing it. Blood in the urine can be visible to the naked eye as bright red or brown in color, or can be present microscopically. The presence of blood means that bleeding is occurring somewhere in the genito-urinary tract; that is in the kidneys, ureters, the prostate gland, the bladder or the urethra.
Hematuria may be a sign of a serious medical disorder which requires medical investigation. The amount of blood loss is not necessarily an indication of the seriousness of the disorder. When blood is mixed with urine it is sometimes difficult to judge the gross loss.

Taking Vitamins Tips
Have it be an experienced athlete or an average Joe, everybody at some point wonders about taking a vitamin supplement. Do we really need them? Which one should I get? When should I take them? These questions come up countless times.
The first piece of vitamin advice is that if you live in today’s modern society you need at least a multi vitamin and mineral supplement each day. The past thought was that if you eat a well balanced diet you would get plenty of vitamins and minerals from the whole foods. That was correct in the past, but with all of the modern methods of food production vitamin and mineral content has increasingly been declining. (more…)
Diabetes – Cause and Warning Signs
Cause of Diabetes
When you have diabetes, your pancreas either produces insufficient insulin or no insulin or the insulin it produces cannot work because your body resists its action. As a result, the normal mechanism of blood sugar control breaks apart. Sugar, instead of going into the cells of your body to nourish them, accumulates in the blood, raising your blood sugar levels.
Also, because of the defect in insulin, sugar produced and released by the liver is not properly controlled, a condition that further raises blood sugar levels. Accumulation of excess sugar in the blood is harmful at least in three ways.

What Medication Do You Take Most Often? 3
I use Motrin for everything. I use it for menstural cramps, muscle aches and pains, headaches and generally feeling lousy. It lasts for about 4-5 hours for menstrual cramps, takes away most headaches, and lasts about 6 hours for muscle pains (2-3 pill dosage). I have used Advil in the past and I KNOW it is the same, but maybe it is all in my head, but I think Motrin works best. My gyno even told me to take MOTRIN specifically for my cramps. And it helps as long as I don’t miss a dose. It is like clockwork with that pain.
